How much is a vendor booth?
The vendor fee is $100 total, which covers both days of the event.​

Do vendors need to bring their own tent and equipment?Yes. This is an outdoor event, and vendors must bring their own tent, tables, chairs, and display materials.​

Is electricity available?
We ask that all vendors plan to be fully self-sufficient. If electricity is essential for your setup, you may submit a special request by emailing us in advance. Availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed.​

Is this an indoor or outdoor event?
This is an outdoor, rain-or-shine event.​

Are food vendors allowed?
Yes. We will be accepting limited food vendors, such as those with baked goods and similar items. At this time, we are not accepting food trucks. All food vendors must meet applicable permitting and health requirements.​

How are vendors selected?
Vendors are selected to create a balanced and high-quality show. Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance.​

Can I share my booth with another Vendor?
Shared booths must be approved in advance and still fit within the 10 x 10 space. ​

Is the vendor fee refundable?
Vendor fees are non-refundable.​

When will I know if I've been accepted?
Vendors will be notified of our decision within 2 weeks of your application submission.​
