Let’s all share the fun. 🚶 Walk, don’t run – We don’t want anyone bumping into others or missing the beauty around them. 🚫 Please respect the farm – No damage to corn, flowers, attractions, signs, scenes, or property. 🌽 No hiding in the maze – It’s for exploring, not disappearing! 🐾 No pets, except service animals. 🚫 No weapons. 🍷 No alcohol or drugs – Let’s keep it family-friendly. If someone appears intoxicated or chooses not to follow the rules, we may ask them to leave (with no refunds). Thanks for helping us make this a safe and joyful place for all!

There were several factors that went into the decision to transition to card and mobile payment only transactions. Faster. Eliminating the need to make change allows for quicker transaction times and lower wait times, making the guest experience even better! Efficiency. The cashless model allows us to operate more efficiently and effectively, giving our team members the opportunity to focus more on you, our guest. Safer. Keeping guests and team members safe is number one priority for us on the farm. Cashless models have proven to be a safer model to implement across the retail and hospitality industries.

We primarily accept card payments for safety and efficiency. If you bring cash, no worries! You can exchange it for a gift card at the entrance.

If you have money left on your gift card the value that remains on the card can be used at our farm on future dates. It will not expire. Or you can go to the admission booth and receive cash back for any money left on the gift card.

If you come to the farm with cash and not with credit, debit, or mobile, you will have the option to purchase a gift card. You can purchase a gift card at the admission booth. The gift card can then be used throughout the farm for purchases.

We accept all major types of card payments that our POS system accepts. We also accept all digital, contactless payments that Square accepts, such as Apple Pay, Google Pay etc

🎟 Everyone aged 3 and up needs a ticket to join the fun! Kids 2 and under get in free!

Yes, there is a height requirement of 42" or taller for the Super-Mega Slide at Kackleberry Farms due to safety issues. We also have a height requirement of 48" or taller on the big Jump Pillow and under 48" on the Jump Pad. Our insurance mandates this requirement to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

No, you may not bring your own food/or drinks. However, we offer several food and drink options.

Yes! Kackleberry Farms remains open during light rain or a sprinkle, a little drizzle won’t stop the fun! However, for everyone’s safety, certain attractions may close temporarily if conditions become too wet or slippery. If we need to close, we’ll update you via social media and email. Dress for the weather and wear appropriate footwear!

Yes, absolutely! You can easily reschedule your time slot by going to your booking confirmation email and selecting “Manage Booking.” Our time slots are not strict arrival times—they’re simply a way for us to help space out guests throughout the day. Feel free to arrive whenever works best for you within our open hours!

Absolutely! Our corn maze paths are about 8 feet wide and mostly flat, perfect for strollers and wheelchairs. Just a heads-up, if it’s rained recently, the paths might be a bit muddy.

We love pets but please leave them at home. For the safety of other guests and your pet, pets are not allowed. Service animals are allowed.

We pride ourselves in providing clean and well-maintained portable restrooms (porta-potties/porta johns) throughout the farm. We also offer wheelchair-accessible restrooms to ensure all guests have a comfortable and accessible experience. Restrooms are conveniently located near key attractions and gathering areas.

Our online rate is $3 less than at the door. Weekends and holidays we strongly recommend online tickets to guarantee your spot on the farm. We are also card-based primarily, but offer cash to a gift card at the front.
